2026 Dues
*Please note that the Skyview Ranch HOA is in the process of aligning the Fiscal Year (Budget) with the annual fee payment deadline in 2027; we anticipate the payment deadline will be changing to April 1 st beginning in 2027.
The 2026 annual fee is $80 plus GST (Total $84.00).
The HOA fee is a registered encumbrance on the title of each home in Skyview Ranch. It is the obligation of the homeowner(s) to pay the HOA fee on an annual basis. The Skyview Ranch HOA fee is due annually on or before June 1st.
Payment options are as follows:
- Online payment – payment can be made online through Astoria’s Condo Café. Please see your invoice with the details on how to register and pay your fees. Click the button below to launch Astoria’s Condo Café.
- Cheque, Money Order, or Bank Draft: made payable to Skyview Ranch HOA. Mail or drop off at Astoria Asset Management: #202, 150 Edwards Way NW, Airdrie, AB T4B 4B9.
- Please ensure that you indicate your full unit address and name of homeowner(s) on the method of payment so it can be properly allocated to your account.
The 2026 payment is to be paid by June 1st, 2026 or late fees of 18% per annum will be charged until the account is paid in full (as per the encumbrance).
Past Year Dues
If you have a balance owing from previous years, you must pay the 2026 fee as well as any prior amounts owed (annual fees, late penalties, taxes, and legal fees) to DBH Law. The amount on the invoice does not reflect the legal fees owing on your account. Please contact Christina Herbert (collections@dbhllp.com or 203-252-9937) for the full
