Information on your mandatory Home Owners’ Association dues

2024 Dues

The 2024 fee is $75.00 plus GST for a total of $78.75.

 

Be reminded that the HOA fee is a registered encumbrance on the title of each home in Skyview Ranch. It is the homeowner(s) obligation to pay the HOA fee on an annual basis. The Skyview Ranch HOA fee is due annually on or before June 1st.

Payment options are as follows:

  • Online payment – payment can be made online through Astoria’s Condo Café. Please see your invoice with the details on how to register and pay your fees. Click the button below to launch Astoria’s Condo Café. 
  • Cheque or Money Order or Bank Draft: (made payable to Skyview Ranch HOA). Send to Astoria #202, 150 Edwards Way NW, Airdrie, AB T4B 4B9.
    • Please ensure that you indicate your full unit address and homeowner(s) name on the method of payment so it can be properly allocated to your account

The 2024 payment was to have been paid by June 1st, 2024 or late fees of 18% will be charged (as per the encumbrance).

Past Year Dues

If you have a previous years’ balance, you must pay your 2023 fee as well as the prior years owing to DBH Law. The amount on the invoice does not reflect the legal fees owing on your account. Please contact Christina Herbert (collections@dbhllp.com or 203-252-9937) for the full amount owing.
