REGISTRATION: 6:30 PM TIME: 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
PLACE: Hyatt Place Calgary Airport (only owners attending in person or by proxy will be eligible to vote) 10 Aero Crescent NE Calgary, Alberta, Canada, T2E 7Y5


Important Information:
Due to recent changes from the Alberta Government on COVID-19 related measures, and due to the Hyatt Place implementing the “Restrictions Exemption Program”, for our AGM the following rules will apply:

  • Proof of vaccination (one dose) will be required and vaccination must have occurred on or before September 14th, or
  • Proof of negative test (PCR or rapid test within 72 hours and can not be done by Alberta Health Services or Alberta Precision Laboratories), or
  • Documentation of a medical exemption from a medical practitioner


In addition, masks will be required for everyone, and ID must be shown to prove the name on the above AGM requirement documentation.

There will be no exceptions to the above rules, so if you do not have the required vaccinations, negative test, or medical exemption you will not be allowed admission to the AGM.
