Dear member of the Skyview Ranch Home Owners Association,

As you may have already noticed, construction has begun on the new Truman project along
128th and Skyview Ranch Road. This corner also houses the original community sign installed by the
developer when the community first started. This area is now under control of Truman, and the sign
has been removed for construction of the underground parkade. This was part of the original
agreement between Truman and the original developer of Skyview Ranch, Walton.


A new, more modern sign will take its place once construction is completed. The removal of
the sign, and construction of the new sign will be at the cost of Truman, as well as future
maintenance and insurance costs.


The planters and shrubbery that where able to be saved, were moved within the
community to the southside traffic circle along 52 nd Street. This was done by the contractor for
Skyview Ranch, however all costs where reimbursed by Truman.
