Invoices for this fee were mailed to every home owner in Skyview Ranch on April 1st. The Skyview Ranch HOA fee is $75.00 plus GST for a total of $78.75 each year and is due on or before June 1st.

The HOA fee is a registered encumbrance on the title of each home in Skyview Ranch. It is the homeowner(s) obligation to pay the HOA fee on an annual basis. If you are a new homeowner or renting a home or apartment and receive a letter addressed to “The Homeowner” from Astoria Management, this will be notice of the annual HOA fee. Please pass this letter to the landlord or owner.

Cheque or Money Order or Bank Draft:

(made payable to Skyview Ranch HOA). Send to Astoria #202, 150 Edwards Way NW, Airdrie, AB T4B4B9.
Please ensure that you indicate your full unit address and homeowner(s) name on the method of payment so it can be properly allocated to your account.
The 2023 payment must be paid no later than June 1st, 2023 or late fees of 18% will be charged (as per the encumbrance).

Past Years’ Dues:

Accounts with unpaid fees more than 90 days overdue are handed to DBH Law for collection. If you have a previous years’ balance, you must pay your 2023 fee as well as the prior years owing to DBH Law. Legal fees owing on an overdue account will be added to the invoice total.

What are the HOA fees used for?

The HOA fees are used to maintain Skyview Ranch community property. Some examples of these
expenses are:

  • Landscaping and mowing of the public parks and walkways
  • Snow removal from the public parks and walkways
  • Cleanup of litter every day left in public parks by users
  • Maintenance and replacement (when needed) of the grey cement sound barrier fences along Country Hills Boulevard and Métis Trail
  • Maintaining the Canada Flag and pole in the public park to an appropriate standard
  • Removing illegal and non permitted signs from the community streets and parks
  • Insurance premiums to protect Skyview Ranch property in event of accidents or other damage
