HOA fees of $75 plus GST, or $78.75 are now payable by all property owners in Skyview Ranch. This fee is mandated by an encumbrance on each property title.
The HOA fees pay for such things as general landscape maintenance of common property, snow removal on designated asphalt pathways as determined by agreements with the City of Calgary, community enhancement projects as determined by the Board of Directors, and pays insurance and maintenance costs of HOA assets.
Payment can be made by either of the following:
- A cheque made out to Skyview HOA. Mail or drop off the cheque to the Astoria office – 202, 150 Edwards Way NW, Airdrie, AB, T4B 4B9. (NSF charges will apply to any accounts with insufficient funds.)
- Through Condo Café payment portal.
If you have not already set up an account with this option, click on the CONTACT US menu at the top of the page and register with Astoria Management. Or, phone: (403) 948 0337 to register. To pay fees through this feature, go to the DUES menu at the top of the web page, scroll down to GO TO CONDO CAFÉ, enter your email address and password and click SIGN IN. HOA fees are payable from April 1 st to June 1 st , 2024. After June 1 st , the principal amount owning plus interest at 18% per annum as per the Skyview bylaws will accrue on the outstanding amount on June 2nd each year. Owner(s) with unpaid HOA dues will be subject to collection charges as per the posted Collection Policy.
